Users may not:

Resell or redistribute the software
Reverse engineer the system
Extract source code
Create derivative works
Sell or sublicense the software
unless explicitly permitted in a separate written agreement.
All payments must be completed before service activation.

One-time software license payments
Subscription-based services
Custom development services
Failure to complete payment may result in:
Service suspension
License cancellation
Access restrictions
Prices may change without prior notice for future purchases.
Due to the digital nature of software products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
Once software access, download, installation, or license activation has been provided, refunds cannot be issued.
Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to software or services:

Updates may include:

performance upgrades

Updates may be included or sold separately depending on the package.
Technical support may include:
installation assistance
system configuration
troubleshooting
documentation
Support availability depends on the purchased package and support plan.
Users agree not to use the software for:
illegal activities
copyright infringement
fraud
malware distribution

violation of third-party rights
Users are responsible for all content published through their systems.
Software may integrate with third-party services such as:

AI Script Market is not responsible for disruptions or failures caused by third-party services.
While the Company aims to maintain stable services, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Service interruptions may occur due to:

These interruptions do not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Script Market from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from:

violation of laws
infringement of third-party rights
illegal content published through the system
AI Script Market reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
this Agreement is violated
payment obligations are not met
fraudulent activity is detected
the software is used unlawfully
Termination may occur without prior notice.
User data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws including:
GDPR (where applicable)
KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Law)

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including:
natural disasters
war
cyber attacks
infrastructure failures
governmental actions
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in the Service Provider's registered location.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
By accessing the website, purchasing software, or using the services, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
